You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
1. Demonstrated ability to enter data into a computerised rostering solution in an accurate and efficient manner with experience (or the ability to rapidly acquire the skills) to utilise rostering adjustment solutions.
2. Well-developed communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service to various stakeholders in a large and complex organisation.
3. Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment to meet established processing timeframes to ensure team outcomes are achieved.
4. Demonstrated ability to utilise standard business processes and apply to all work processed to ensure accurate and timely pay outcomes.
