This is a broad, varied, and dynamic role ideal for a proactive, self-sufficient individual with either office management/EA experience within the Accounting/Legal or Professional Services field. Key Responsibilities: Excel and Spreadsheet Management - Data entry and analytical skills required Office Management : Coordinate day-to-day activities, develop and maintain office procedures, and assist with supplier management and on-boarding new staff. Client Services : Handle enquiries from financial services businesses (high profile firms) schedule meetings, and ensure seamless communication. Marketing Support : Execute marketing initiatives, distribute mailers to prospective clients, and conduct market research. Documentation and Reporting : Assist with preparing reports, managing legal transaction documents, completing forms, and maintaining completion checklists. Accounts Support : Help with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks. Director Support : Provide administrative assistance, including diary management, workflow organisation, and ad hoc tasks as required. Project Management : Manage specific administrative and marketing projects. What skills and experience do I need? You have Office Management or EA experience in either a legal practice, accounting practice or within professional services You have: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong numeracy skills and accuracy in data entry and information management. Confidence in engaging with senior professionals and business executives. Knowledge of compliance and risk management in a corporate context. Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. You also obtain: Honesty, trustworthiness, and respect.
