The Role:Our client is looking for a Clinical Director of Emergency. The role is focused on the operational integration and leadership of the Emergency Services across the Health Service. The role is responsible for establishing and coordinating medical workforce requirements and ensuring the provision of high-quality Emergency care as well as managing the clinical and financial performance of Emergency Services.The Hospital:The hospital provides a wide spectrum of medical, surgical, and psychiatric services. It caters to a catchment area that exceeds 110,000 residents and boasts a total capacity of almost 300 beds along with an extensive array of primary and community healthcare services. It serves as the primary acute care referral center for the South West Region, houses a Deakin Clinical School on its premises, and is the largest employer in the region.The Location:A comfortable 3 hr drive from Melbourne, this is a university city known for its breathtaking coastline and natural beauty.
