About the role

Your responsibilities will include:
1. Unpacking and setting up the exam room with materials to facilitate exam (no heavy manual handling with furniture).
2. Completing exams by facilitating the submission of exam papers and packing up materials.
To be successful you’ll need to be someone who possesses the personal attributes of punctuality, reliability, discretion, tact, and attention to detail. You will also be committed to upholding fairness and equality, be able to follow procedures, as well as be dedicated to maintaining confidentiality and the security of information.
Previous exam supervision or similar such as working in government type processes would also be ideal.
Please note:
3. Compliance with pre-employment probity screening is mandatory and a condition of engagement.
4. A minimum of 2 supervisors are employed on each day to manage an exam as a minimum, depending on number of people (candidates sitting).
5. Actual working hours vary according to number of examination papers types to be completed, resulting in a second half day of employment for some certificates.
