We are currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, friendly and proactive Guest Services Agent to join our Front Office Team.
Daily tasks include check-in, check-out, reservations, handling payments, assisting guests, taking phone calls, answering e-mails, dealing with paperwork, etc.
Applicant must be flexible with times, as shifts can be mixed between mornings and afternoons at any day of the week, including holidays.
Pay rate based on experience.
Requirements:
1. Must have previous experience in Hotel Reception using OPERA.
2. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and follow procedures.
3. Degree or courses in Hospitality and/or Tourism are an advantage.
4. Permanent residency in Australia with all working rights.
