The role Reporting into the Studio Manager, you will coordinate all project-based finance and office accounts activities through Xero and a variety of other software tools.
This is a Maternity leave contract starting ASAP to provide several weeks handover and ensure you are comfortable with their particular systems and processes.
Responsibilities will include: Assist project teams with fee proposal process for new projects Support staff with project set up and management in project management software.
Oversee contract management, including negotiation, interpretation, and execution of contracts.
Manage billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct regular project health checks and reporting, providing insights and recommendations Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and present business reports Liaise with external accountants, bank, insurance brokers etc Oversee budgeting processes, including the development, implementation, and review of budgets.
Analyse financial data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and support strategic decision-making.
