This could include loan purposes such as debt consolidation, motor vehicles, renovations and more.This is not an ordinary credit position - you will be granted a high level of autonomy, responsibility and freedom to make decisions. This role is also responsible for ensuring risk and customer credit worthiness is assessed in alignment with Wisr’s Credit Policy within relevant agreed time frames.Common activities will include:Assess and make credit decisions on personal loan applications, ensuring information is accurate and genuineAnalyse financial documents including, but not limited to, bank statements, rental statements and tax returnsVerify and validate that all regulatory and lending policies are adhered toPerform serviceability checks as well as ID and Fraud verificationCommunicate with brokers and customers when needed for decision makingEnsure compliance with NCCP, RG209, Privacy Act and AML/CTFSupport and coach team members as neededContribute to process and policy improvements within the company operationsAbout YouWith a minimum 3+ years experience in a similar role, you’re a confident decision maker who can work in a high volume, ever-changing environment. You’ll also:Currently hold a Delegated Lending Authority of at least $50,000 required.
