Key Responsibilities:
* Aquire new customers through self-prospecting and existing leads provided by the business.
* Nurture new customers to drive portfolio growth.
* Ensure effective Salesforce usage for tracking pipeline, acquisition results, and market conditions.
* Serve as the primary interface between Amex and the customer to resolve application processing issues.
* Attend industry conferences, tradeshows, and networking events.
Your Background:
* Ability to work in a regulated industry with compliant selling practices.
* Previous experience in consultative B2B sales and account management (desirable).
* Track record of acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets in a phone-based environment (desirable).
* Experience in partner engagement and developing sales strategies (desirable).
* Digital literacy skills with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Motivation and drive to work in a fast-paced telephone-based sales environment.
* Strong relationship building skills, particularly when working with senior partners.
* Passion for onboarding new customers and initiating spend enablement activities.
* Ability to effectively manage and handle a sales pipeline.
