As a Senior BMS Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring high qualitydelivery of services to Honeywell's clients through management of the technicalteam and sub-contractors.KeyResponsibilities: Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment Configuration, Diagnoses Fault, repairs and Programming of building services (e.g. HVAC, BMS control, and Third-Party Systems) Minor Project management of service projects and small works including high level of management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance; including Diagnoses, repairs faults, programming and commissioning in air conditioning and DDC control systems as relevant Navigate and interrogate BMS / Security / ICT interfaces Key Experience and Capabilities: Electrical and/or Electronic Technician with B electrical licence 3+ years' proven background in the servicing and maintenance of technical equipment DDC experience: - Knowledge of DDC and controls systems Tridium/Niagara experience will be highly regarded Knowledge of instrumentation devises and control applications Who We Are TheFuture Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
