Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Mechanical Coordinator to support our Coastal & West Pilbara operations in Cape Lambert, WA. The successful candidate will be working in the client's office on site to coordinate mechanical & scaffold activities across multiple shutdowns to ensure timely and effective execution. The position offers an 8:6 roster, with 25% uplift. We encourage First nations people and female applicants to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate mechanical & scaffold activities across multiple shutdowns to ensure timely and effective execution
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, Planners & Schedulers to ensure that all mechanical systems meet Shutdown specifications
* Monitor Shutdown progress, track milestones, and resolve issues that may arise during the Planning and execution phases
* Develop Estimates, assist with schedules, and resource allocations to ensure planning stay on track
* Provide technical support and troubleshoot mechanical system issues as they arise on-site
* Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all Shutdown activities, including technical drawings, reports, and correspondence
* Engage with hire companies for logistical purposes (Vehicles and Travel)
What you’ll bring:
* Minimum 3+ years of Coordinator position experience
* A background of Mechanical Trade (BMW or Mechanical Fitter is highly regarded)
* Proven experience in Mechanical Shutdown environments
* Extensive SAP experience
* Preferred Prometheus experience
* Proven ability to work with client personnel
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
* Solid organisational skills with a focus on detail, problem-solving, and time management
* Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and best practices
* Proficiency in project management software (MS Suite)
