What you will do: You will ensure the highest possible standards of Guest Service and professionalism in the Front Office and Housekeeping Departments.
You will lead by example and your hard work and passion will be rewarded with plenty of responsibility and a real opportunity to shine!
You will assist in providing managerial oversight and daily coordination to housekeeping and front office duties, task allocation and team rosters.
You will ensure effective communication and liaison with other departments and Park Management, to guarantee a smooth operation.
What you will bring: A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guestsMinimum 2 years' experience in leadership - hospitality/tourism industry will be highly regardedGood time management and an eye for detailPassionate and team-oriented with a "lead from the front" mentalityFlexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidaysPark Management CRM system experience – not essential but highly regarded (Newbook and/or RMS)Previous Housekeeping experience and supervisory oversight to employees preferred - resort or hotel experience will be highly regardedA suitable level of fitness with a flexible approach to workloads and a can do attitudeKnow you belong: We're for inclusion, diversity, and representing the members, guests, customers, and communities we serve.
