Specifically, valuation and cost assumptions (economic and non-economic), risks, and alternatives framing to ensure clear, verifiable and trackable value and metrics, strategic alignment, and to secure funding in line with portfolio objectives.Key accountabilities include:Contributes to developing opportunity assessments and business cases, collaborating with Digital, Asset and Function stakeholders.
Includes supporting value and OA framing workshops.Assists the team in partnering with Decision Evaluation/Finance Business Partners and Domains to define value and cost assumptions.
Includes preparing value driver trees and net present value model as necessary.Support preparation of documents required for Investment Review Committee (IRC) tollgates, including investment approval requests, Independent Peer Review terms of reference or supplementary approval requests.
