The Harvey Norman Mildura Furniture Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused individual to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
To be successful you must:
· Have a passion for retail
· Be highly motivated and results driven with outstanding customer service and communication skills
· Enjoy working in a team environment.
What we require:
1. Book repairs & servicing
2. Tag faulty products and organise to return them to the supplier
3. Keep our customers updated on the status of their repairs
4. Perform general administration duties
5. Receive stock, perform general merchandising, and ticketing duties
6. Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
7. Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer-focused problem solving
8. Experience in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
9. Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
10. Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays, and late night trades
