Look no further! We’re searching for an exceptional Operations Manager to join our dynamic organization in Australia.Reporting to: Regional Manager OceaniaYou will be responsible for managing all operational processes, including day-to-day production. You will support the business in delivering optimal cost-effectiveness in line with company standards, minimal delivery lead times, and maximizing the highest level of customer service.Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations in the factory, planning and communicating tasks to the team, managing hours, and maintaining a clean and efficient working environment.Manage all aspects of raw material and finished product importation from Renson in Belgium, including direct freight to our facilities in Perth and to end customers throughout Oceania. Identify and develop a close working relationship with freight forwarders to seek the fastest and most cost-effective solutions.Integrate core Renson products into local production facilities or via third-party fabricators where possible. Key priority products include Fixscreen family, Algarve, Linarte, and natural ventilation (including louvers). Develop strong relationships with key personnel in Belgium.Liaise with the Product Management department in Belgium to ensure products meet local market and legislative requirements. Conduct local testing and accreditation when necessary.Identify and develop relationships with local vendors for the supply of aluminum extrusion and powder coating. Negotiate competitive purchase prices, MOQ, etc.Oversee all aspects of manufacturing at the Perth facilities to ensure the most efficient systems and processes leading to optimal financial performance, delivery lead times, and minimal error rates.Provide a fast and efficient turnaround service for reworks and warranty claims.
