About Us
Platypus Shoes is part of the Accent Group, the largest footwear group with over 850+ stores, 34 brands, and 30+ online platforms.
We're seeking a Store Manager to join us at our Platypus store in Morayfield.

Role and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will lead, inspire, and coach a team of passionate casuals, working closely with their Assistant Store Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving sales and KPIs
* Customer engagement and team member coaching and development
* Collaborating with the Area Manager to identify areas for improvement
This role requires efficient operation of the store to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1+ years retail store management experience
* A motivated and driven attitude
* Past leadership experience
* Proven track record in driving sales and KPIs
* Operational excellence in stock control and visual merchandising
