The ProjectThe Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.
The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations.

The RoleThe T2D M&E team is looking for a Radio and Telecommunications Systems Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of radio and telecom systems for the T2D project in Adelaide.
This includes overseeing the design, procurement, and construction phases across multiple subsystems, such as rebroadcast radio systems (digital and SA GRN), tunnel maintenance radio, in-tunnel GNSS positioning, mobile phone coverage, and the public address system.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising subcontractor activities to ensure all works are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Role and ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate subcontractor activities through design, procurement, and construction phases to meet project milestones.Review and manage design submissions to ensure technical quality, compliance, and integration with other disciplines.Ensure all radio and telecom system designs meet relevant standards, codes, and stakeholder requirements.Collaborate with commercial teams to support efficient subcontractor procurement and contract management.Oversee installation and commissioning works, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and design requirements.Identify, address, and resolve technical or construction-related issues to maintain smooth project delivery.About YouBachelor's degree in Information & Communication Technology, Electronic Engineering, or related field.Ideally 5 - 10 years of experience in radio & telecommunications engineering.Strong understanding of radio-frequency standards and regulations and telecommunication networks, including ACMA regulations.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.We OfferYour success is reflected in ours, and as an Alliance we are committed to being an employer of choice here in Adelaide.
