Account Partner, Developer Sales
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Partner to join our Developer Sales team at REA Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with property developers, media agencies, project marketers, and project sales teams to promote their projects and new homes through our suite of world-class display and classified media products.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded each month, quarter, and year
* Building relationships with key industry influencers to stay up-to-date on competitive offerings, deal structures, and emerging trends
* Understanding prospective client/agencies' business, including their marketing and advertising objectives, campaigns, timing, and budgets
* Staying up-to-date on global/local online advertising trends, technologies, effective campaign strategies/tactics, deal structures, and emerging markets
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven digital sales experience
* Knowledge of the property developer industry
* Sales experience working directly with customers as well as ad/media agencies
* Good knowledge of advertising processes and strategies
* Numerate with experience in reporting on client activity
* Good understanding of Excel, Power Point, and Word
