About the role:
Staff Solutions Bilingual, a specialist in bilingual recruitment, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Japanese Speaking Administrative Coordinator - Part time to join a dynamic team in Melbourne.
This is a part-time role (3 days a week) offering the opportunity to contribute to administrative, coordination, and general accounting tasks in a multicultural office environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Japanese and English, have strong organizational skills, and a passion for providing excellent support across multiple areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the team and management.
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
* Assist with basic translation and communication between English and Japanese-speaking clients or colleagues.
* Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence in both languages.
* Assist with data entry, paper work, and general admin tasks.
* Support general accounting duties such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and basic book keeping.
* Assist with ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks as required.
Key Requirements:
* Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken) and good English communication skills.
* Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or accounting role is highly regarded.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of general accounting principles is a bonus. However if you dont have accounting experience that is totally fine too.
* Full wroking rights (Partner visa, PR visa, Australian citizen etc)
* Professional attitude and attention to detail.
