About the Role We are looking for an experienced Production Co-ordinator / Plumber Gas Fitter to join our Adelaide Branch. This full-time, permanent position is ensuring the efficient and safe production and filling of all industrial and swap gases, Dry ice and CO2 manufacturing is done in a timely fashion. Duties & Responsibilities Installation and certify LPG Installations Provide certification on Residential Installations as required Lead the Production team to manage all aspects of production and safety, in coordination with all stakeholders to ensure performance targets and KPI’s are met. Develop and maintain a competent, motivated, and engaged team through effective communications, management, recruitment, training and personal development. Ensure the production facilities are being run optimally at all times and undertake regular assessments of the operations. Supervise operational staff to ensure all LPG (Swap Shed) and industrial gases are available at all times to satisfy the needs of our customers. Liaise with the Yard Supervisor to ensure cylinder and delivery requirements can be met. Skills & Experience Degree in Chemical or Mechanical engineering is preferred. Recognition of a trade qualification with prior management or supervisory experience within the LPG and or Industrial Gas industry will be highly preferred. Current Plumber & Gas Fitter Certification Licence. Proven supervisory and or management skills Has a technical orientation. This involves the theoretical understanding of gas production and gas processes.
