Our Bar and Gaming team play an important part in our Club operations. Wests Cardiff currently have a casual opportunity available for a customer-focused individual at our Wests Cardiff site, located on Munibung Road. Wests Gaming and Beverage operations provide quality service to our members and guests. Key responsibilities include:Provide friendly customer serviceGaming machine serviceDrink orders and delivery to machinesPreparation and service of beveragesReset and payout jackpot winsOperation of Tab and Keno terminalsCleaning of work station and equipmentOperation of tills and cash handlingMaintain cleanliness of amenities and public areasAssist members and guests with club enquiriesCollect glasses from the floor and return to bar areas for cleaningThis position will require availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday. As this position is key during peak periods for our venues, shifts are rostered from the evening through to early hours of the morning.
