Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst

About the Role:
* Provide level 1 support to resolve incidents, problems, and requests
* Comply with security and compliance requirements
* Support basic computer and peripheral hardware operation
* Create and maintain application information for self-help and user-retrieved information
This role is integral to the smooth operations of the support services across the organisation, providing infrastructure and technological support to RASA staff and students.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, or Computer Science, or equivalent industry certification
* 2+ years working experience as a Service Desk Analyst or on an IT Help desk
* Experience with ITIL framework and best practices a plus
