Role Overview As a Personal Support Worker, you’ll be instrumental in assisting our clients with their daily activities. We offer a variety of flexible shifts to fit your schedule, including weekends, active overnights, and sleepovers. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with Transfers: Help clients move in and out of bed and wheelchairs, using hoists when needed. Personal Care: Provide support with grooming, bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toileting, and bladder and bowel management. Basic Medical Support: Administer basic wound care and assist with self-medication. Domestic Assistance: Prepare meals, perform light household duties, and manage laundry.
