The Role Busselton Senor High School is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, innovative and strategic Manager of Corporate Services to join the executive leadership team. As the Manager Corporate Services (MCS), you will be responsible for the delivery of quality corporate services. This involves working closely and collaboratively with the Principal as part of the school's executive leadership team. Areas of leadership are school and student administration, financial management, human resource management, buildings and asset management, information and communication technology management and promotions and public relations. The successful applicant will be experienced in using the Schools Resourcing System and have well established financial management capabilities, be a strategic leader and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. The successful applicant should have the ability to manage change where improvements are identified and possess high level interpersonal skills which enable the development of positive relationships across the school. Working with a diverse range of people and roles will require an approach that brings people together and aligned with the school's purpose. As MCS at Busselton SHS you will lead the Administration Support Team who share a strong team ethos, a solution focussed outlook and are focussed on delivering improved outcomes. You should have a broad understanding of relevant legislation, reporting and governance requirements relating to the role, and effectively demonstrate the ability to lead a team of school support staff. The position would be suited towards applicants with an excellent work ethic and the ability to manage all the required corporate reporting requirements and oversee and manage aspects of capital or minor works programs at the school.
