Overall Management of Staff: Including but not limited to managing food prep, ordering stock, managing staff, shop open and closing process, cash handling, customer service, etc. Food Preparation: Cooking and kitchen support. Customer Interaction: Taking orders, payments, and communicating with customers, co-workers, and the kitchen. Customer Service: Handling feedback and resolving customer complaints promptly. Compliance: Follow processes and procedures, adhere to food hygiene and WH&S standards. Sales Promotion: Upselling and promoting store products and business. Cash Management: Ethical management of cash, cash register, and POS system; perform end of day till closing. Service Excellence: Delivering exceptional service and maximizing customer experience and satisfaction. Collaboration: Work with the Store Supervisor on new promotions, marketing ideas, product discounts, and review of policies and procedures. Staff Training: Compliance with internal policies and procedures. Stock Management: Proactively manage stock filling in the shelves and organizing. Store Cleanliness: Proactively manage cleanliness around the store, including dusting of store items and shelves, cleaning of floors, etc. Additional Duties: We may also assign you other duties, where reasonable for your position, training, and experience.
