The Senior Marketing Manager drives growth of the existing portfolio to meet financial goals and leads long-term expansion through new brand creation, acquisitions, and geographic growth. This role oversees portfolio strategy, financial performance, and market share, while managing a team of three marketing professionals. Additionally, it ensures smaller trade brands achieve targets through effective presence and placement strategies.
As part of an overarching corporate body, two key divisions operate at the forefront of healthcare, beauty and wellness. One focuses on enhancing access to essential pharmaceuticals, specialising in generic medicines and tailored solutions for diverse patient needs. The other is dedicated to beauty and wellness innovation, delivering trusted products across consumer health, beauty and cosmetics and complementary medicine categories, ensuring quality and value for customers and clients. Together, they drive a shared vision of improving lives through accessible and innovative healthcare solutions.

1. Develop and execute a 5-year portfolio strategy, aligning brand positioning and identifying market opportunities for growth.
2. Drive financial performance, market share, and in-market execution, ensuring strategic prioritisation and ROI-focused investments.
3. Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging digital strategies and consumer insights to enhance brand equity and sales.
4. Steer new product innovation, guiding packaging design, and leading cross-functional teams for successful launches.
5. Mentor and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and stakeholder alignment.
