Are you passionate about leading quality systems in a dynamic, regulated environment?As the ANZ Quality Manager at Linfox Healthcare, you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining the highest standards in quality management.Based at Erskine Park, this role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team and engage with both internal and external stakeholders to optimize operational excellence.Key Areas: Identify and maintain necessary licences and accreditations for Linfox Healthcare.Manage relations with regulatory bodies and corporate stakeholders on quality matters.Develop and implement a fit-for-purpose Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with regulatory and client requirements.Lead, recruit, and manage a team of quality and compliance professionals.Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across quality and compliance functions.Ensure timely and effective responses to audits and adverse findings.Are you the one?
