About the role In your new role of Quality Control Officer, you will support the team in: Monitor and verify product conditions (temperature checks, water/product retention, stock rotation, and coolroom/WIP checks). Ensure proper labelling, batch code retrieval, and regular price and stock checks (including specials). Conduct calibration of equipment (Oxybaby, scales) and check all pre-starts, GMP, and PPE. Perform regular line monitoring checks (weights, viscosities, metal detection, FFA’s, etc.) and report deviations. Collect product samples, check completed products (trays, labels, boxes), and maintain housekeeping standards. About you As a Quality Control Officer, you will have experience in a similar role.
