Reference: BH-10670-48Leading Trustee Organisation within Securitisation, Sydney CBDClient Relationship Management, Modelling & Legal Doc InterpretationHigh Performing Team, Flexibility & Career ProgressionClient DetailsMy client is one of the largest Trustee organisations in Australia within the Securitisation sector with a great reputation & fantastic culture supporting learning, development, and career progression.They are seeking a high-calibre Senior Modelling Analyst to join the team in this high profile role.DescriptionThis is a great opportunity for a Securitisation Modelling Analyst or Deal Execution Analyst with 3+ years of Funding & Securitisation experience to gain further depth of experiences in this end-to-end role.You will work with clients to deliver superior business processing and exemplary service proposition through active coaching, strategic leadership, and quality assurance initiatives.Responsibilities include:Work closely with the Head of Trust Management, Head of Analytics, Head of Transaction Management, and key business stakeholders to onboard new deals and maintain existing deals in a timely and efficient manner.Transaction execution, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.Negotiating and reviewing transaction documents.Interpreting transaction documents to build cashflow models from scratch.Identify and improve cashflow models to improve efficiency.Act as the conduit between Lenders, clients, and internal stakeholders.ProfileTo be successful, you must have:A deep understanding of structured finance and the ability to build complex financial models for both RMBS and ABS deals. These will include models for both Term deals and warehouses.Minimum 3-4 years' experience in VBA Cash flow modelling.Understanding of Trust Management and Data Analytics.Experience negotiating and reviewing transaction documents.Sound understanding of legal and compliance obligations.Experience preparing and calculating of pool parameters and Eligibility Criteria.Good understanding of trusts & related documentation.Exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management skills, organisational and facilitation skills.Well-developed problem solving and critical thinking skills.Autonomous, self-motivated, self-sufficient with attention to detail.Job OfferThe salary on offer for this permanent role is $140k to $150k base + super + bonus.
