Account Executive - HCM SaaS Our Client has significant backing from Private Equity and is looking to expand the Australian team hiring an Account Executive to support the leadership team. Bringing data-driven decision making capabilities to enterprise organisations on effectively managing their workforce and the overall structure has enabled companies to plan accordingly to volatile market situations. As an Account Executive you will be responsible for working closely with the SDR and Marketing function to identify and map out accounts to target to ensure the right markets and stakeholders are being reached On offer - $110,000-$140,000 Super $200-250k OTE uncapped Key Responsibilities: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting, including cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Nurture leads through effective communication until they are ready to be seamlessly handed over to the sales team. Schedule and conduct discovery calls with potential clients to gain insights into their needs and pain points. Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns. Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities in our CRM system. Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and qualification targets. To be successful in this role, ideally you will be: 3-5 years of proven selling experience in software sales Experience selling into HR, Finance or Operations is a big bonus Comfortable thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Resilient and collaborative team player. Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional communication abilities.
