Early Childhood Teacher
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic team in North Rockhampton, Queensland.
This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports children's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
* Observing and documenting children's progress, and using this information to plan and adapt activities to meet their individual needs.
* Building strong relationships with children and their families, and actively involving parents in the learning process.
* Collaborating with the centre team to ensure a cohesive, inclusive, and high-quality early childhood education experience.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA or currently studying to attain qualification.
* Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality early childhood education programs.
* Strong understanding of child development and the ability to create engaging, play-based learning experiences.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to continuously improve your practice.
