You will play an important and significant part in the future of a high-performing Business Enablement function within the International Treasury team under Group Treasury. Group Treasury is responsible for the strategic management of the Group’s balance sheet; ensure appropriate balance of risk and reward within the risk appetite and strategy set by the Board; and meets the Group’s regulatory obligations. The International Treasury team has a specific focus on the international market, covering Asia, United States, UK and Europe. This role will be supporting WIB’s international customer offerings and their accelerated growth strategy. Key responsibilities will include: Lead business analysis activities for assigned workstreams under the International Infrastructure Uplift program. Elicit and document comprehensive business requirements for all initiatives, and act as the owner of the Business Requirements Document. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including technology teams, in the definition of appropriate solutions to deliver required business outcomes. Assist in the formulation of functional specifications / interface mapping, and to provide analysis support to development team during implementation. Perform quality checks on solutions delivered, through undertaking required testing, to ensure business outcomes have been achieved. Lead and manage change to impacted business groups, ensuring appropriate change activities (e.g. training, user guides) have been completed to minimise impacts to Business as Usual (BAU) teams. Previous banking experience with current or previous Financial Markets and Treasury knowledge Strong analytical ability with an attention to details, and ability to digest information and to make logical inferences Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent negotiating and influencing skills Prior project delivery experience as a Business Analyst is highly desirable. Ability to work to tight timeframes, prioritise and manage time across multiple activities Self-motivated, highly engaged with other offices, to drive and implement change.
