We are seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our transdisciplinary team of therapists, developmental teachers, and key workers.About the Role:We are hiring for full-time or part-time positions where you’ll provide evidence-based, best-practice early intervention therapy to children with developmental delays, concerns, or disabilities. You’ll deliver services in natural settings such as homes, schools, community spaces, and early childhood services.Working in partnership with families, you will:Empower children to participate in everyday activities and achieve positive outcomes.Support families to build their capacity to help children thrive.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, child-centred care.What You’ll Do:Deliver therapy aligned with the National Best Practice Guidelines for Early Childhood Intervention.Work collaboratively within a transdisciplinary key worker model to provide holistic, family-focused support.Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions for sensory processing, motor skills, daily living activities, and equipment prescription.Support families to embed strategies into daily routines to help their child achieve prioritised goals.What We Offer:At NSS, we are committed to developing our people and ensuring a supportive and inclusive workplace.
