About the Role Chandler Macleod has partnered with a well-known not-for-profit organisation to find a Coordinator, Meals Services to support the day-to-day operations of meal service branches across the Mid North Coast.

As one of the leading care providers in the region, they take pride in delivering high-quality services and support.In this role, you will provide essential support to branch staff, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance with food safety standards, and a high-quality experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and support meal service branches to ensure smooth daily operations.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and best practices.
Assist with recruitment, training, and support for staff and volunteers.
Maintain and update operational software and client databases.
Monitor client experience and address feedback to improve service quality.
Support community engagement initiatives to promote meal services.
Assist with financial processes, rostering, and reporting.
Skills and Experience Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar industry (preferred).
Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Understanding of volunteer management and community services (desirable).
Essential Requirements Current NSW Driver's Licence.
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
