This role is an initial 3-month contract working for the local government. Ideally you will be a strong contract administrator/officer with the ability to start as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities: Conducting in-field inspections to monitor compliance and service delivery Handling complaint resolutions and solving problems effectively Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contractors Providing excellent customer service including managing phone and email inquiries Having a high level of accuracy in completing tasks for weekly workflows Key Requirements: Excellent customer service skills Strong phone etiquette and communication skills Experience with MS Office and Outlook Experience with CRM Systems (ideally Pathways/GeoCortex /OneCRM) and eagerness to learn new systems Good understanding of contracts Great problem solving skills Prior experience working for a builder is highly advantageous Please click apply if you would like to find out more.
