Provide administrative support to the Pro Vice Chancellor (PVC) Faculty of Health at Charles Darwin University
About the Position
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the PVC Faculty of Health and the wider Faculty Executive. You will be the key contact in the PVC’s office and will require a high level of confidentiality, initiative, discretion, judgement and the ability to interact and manage relationships with senior staff and key external stakeholders. Your duties will include the following:
* Coordinate the PVC’s and Faculty Executive domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
* Coordinate the movements and diary of the PVC and Faculty Executive based on a comprehensive understanding of current priorities.
* Provide administrative support as appropriate including presentations, documents, meeting agendas, dissemination of meeting papers, minute taking, actions sheets including the following up of action items for the PVC.
About You
To be successful, you will require:
* A Certificate IV in Business Management or subsequent relevant demonstrated experience providing high level executive administrative support to management.
* Proven ability to use initiative and assume responsibility for tasks and projects.
* Demonstrated high level time management and organisational skills including a proven ability to work to tight timeframes and prioritise workload.
* Highly effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with senior staff, internal and external stakeholders.
* Proven experience maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive matters with discretion.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 6. The base salary will be in the range of $86,629 to $92,329 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $101,355 to $108,024 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
