Joining our team in this opportunity will see you provide comprehensive customer focused service to our surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses, staff and secretaries. You will be responsible for all bookings and administrative duties related to the Operating Theatres.Accurate management in administration of theatre case bookings.Utilisation of the theatre schedule.Coordinating all theatre requirements for surgeons’ procedural list.Liaising with specialist doctors’ rooms.Provide administrative support to our theatre complex and team.Our customer focused administration team are responsible for ensuring the seamless patient health journey. The team are here to effectively support all clinical and non-clinical areas of the hospital.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and strong attention to detail. The ability to converse and be empathetic whilst working amongst a busy flow of incoming and outgoing patients is a key skill needed for this role.
