Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, training/support materials, readiness assessments, and post go-live support help navigate organisational shifts, maximising efficiency gains and minimising disruption, ultimately leading to successful implementation and sustained benefits realisation. This role is responsible for large complex change initiatives, delivering specific change deliverables including end-to-end design of the change approach and stakeholder engagements, thus helping projects to meet business and schedule objectives, while landing change safely for our people.Role Location: Can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or BrisbaneRole Type: Permanent, Full-timeWhat will your day look like?We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to develop change strategies that will ensure the adoption of the changes introduced by delivery squads and to manage the change management activities that will implement this strategy.As a Senior Change Manager, you will be accountable for:Supporting the Change Lead to deliver and embed end-to-end delivery of change, including change governance, de-risking delivery, and change reporting requirements.Driving the change approach, plan and delivery, and providing change leadership.Identifying and gathering project/cross project change impacts to define targeted plans for communications, stakeholder engagement, learning, change readiness, adoption, metrics, and evaluation.Engaging with key business stakeholders to deliver and manage the change.Scoping and developing change communication plans & artefacts to support successful change delivery, engaging communication representatives when required.Leading and driving the end-to-end training process including creation of training curriculum, development of training materials, support materials and delivery of training.Reviewing and providing feedback on artefacts that support the employee journey (e.g., communications, training).Identifying potential change risks, issues or anticipated points of friction, and developing specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.Leveraging data and metrics to make informed decisions and guide iterative change, understanding lag and lead measures and how to use them.Developing BAU transition plans and supporting handover of change activities to the business.Supporting the embedment of change in the business to ensure business outcomes are achieved.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Previous in-depth experience as a Change Manager or Senior Change Manager or similar position, across project and change methodologies e.g., Agile and Traditional.Expert mastery and experience in Change Management principles, methods, processes, techniques and industry best practice including pragmatic change management approaches that deliver successful and desired change outcomes for large scale change.Experience in delivering change on a large program/project delivery; has successfully led change initiatives with quality outcomes.Ability to work and get outcomes in ambiguous and complex environments.Ability to bring stakeholders together to create clarity and shared vision of success.Experience in large and/or complex organisational change programs, across project and change methodologies e.g., Agile and Traditional.Demonstrated experience working closely with stakeholders at every level of the organisation, including using influencing skills; and working collaboratively with stakeholders, influencing and gaining buy-in.Experience leading, motivating and managing various change teams, including internal and external resources, while holding the team accountable for performance.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
