Corporate Services Regional Support Officer
This is a permanent full-time position commencing December 2024, supporting the Department of Education's priorities in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
As the Corporate Services Regional Support Officer, you will assist the Regional Executive Director and budget holders in the administrative, financial, physical and human resources aspects of the Education Regional Office's operations.
* Assist in preparing and monitoring the office budget.
* Develop and maintain business and information management systems.
* Support the Regional Executive Director and budget holders in financial management by undertaking financial planning, monitoring, research, reporting and analysis to meet established objectives and outcomes relative to business plans.
* Undertake human resource management processing in HRMIS, generating reports, maintaining records and monitoring human resource activities.
Requirements
* Australian or New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency or valid visa with relevant work rights.
* National Criminal History Check consent.
* Demonstrated well developed financial management skills, including data analysis, interpretation and reporting.
* Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
* Demonstrated well developed computer skills, including database manipulation.
* Demonstrated initiative and good organisational skills.

Salary: $79,156 - $84,977 per annum (pro-rata).
