About the Role This role is Full-time and based out of our client's Pakenham office; however, you will work all over Melbourne. Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Landscape Operations Leader. You will have significant landscaping experience, be capable of quoting works, reading plans, liaising with subcontractors, and be the primary point of contact for our client's key customers. You will be experienced in managing multiple jobs simultaneously and allocating work to our clients' experienced and apprentice staff. This is not a 9-5 role and there will be some time on the tools when things are busy. Key Responsibilities for the Role - but not limited to: Preparing quotes and estimations for landscaping works Creating further opportunities within builders and the light commercial market Measuring of home sites for landscaping requirements Assess home sites for variations and report these variations to the Operations Manager and assist in works scheduling Supervises and install products and services Ensure all machinery is operated and maintained with due care Skills & Experience Horticultural Qualification Excellent knowledge of horticulture, landscaping, and all hard & soft landscaping works Installation of Turf and/or lawn varieties Ability to demonstrate professional horticultural techniques in accordance with approved plans Supervisory Experience Understanding the importance of maintaining accurate records Manual driving licence Culture Our clients' employees are their most valued asset.
