$m business delivering over SKUS across 15 countries. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain the Inventory & Inbound Supply Manager role is newly created and will be central to the companies continued growth.
Description
Reporting into the Supply Chain Director you are responsible for the businesses ANZ portfolio from a supply and inventory perspective. You will manage (in collaboration with the Singapore Head Office) inventory health, including maintaining optimal inventory holdings, and leading the optimal performance of the inbound warehousing functions in ANZ. Building first class relationships both internally and externally you will:
-Oversee the daily inventory functions of ANZ 3PL/4PL warehouse (cycle counting, stock adjustments, stock transfers, inbound and outbound stock) and manage the inventory in SAP with correct book value, including planning replenishment stock to 4PL sites (Sydney, Perth and NZ).
-Ensure the availability of product through the oversight of inventory systems
-Develop options for cost effective demand requirements including MOQs, prioritisation for shelf-life assessments and ensuring shipper and pallet optimisation.
-Identify continuous improvement opportunities to improve service levels and reduce costs
Profile
You are a proven Supply Chain expert with your expertise focused around supply planning and the inventory management of a large multi million dollar FMCG portfolio. Your background will be within pharmaceuticals, OTC or another relevant FMCG business. You will have deep expertise with SAP, systems and process control and your technical experience is complemented by a Degree in a related supply chain field.
