We work with participants who have a wide range of support needs, assisting them in maintaining a high quality of life and reaching their personal aspirations, both at home and in their community. Key responsibilities include:Supporting participants with daily tasks, including personal care, medication, and domestic activitiesProviding transport to appointments and community activitiesHelping individuals develop skills to achieve their personal goalsAccurately reporting on shift outcomes and completing necessary documentationSupported Independent Living positions: You’ll need flexibility to work within a 24/7 roster, including sleepover shifts (inactive).Community Access positions: Flexibility is key as you’ll adapt to the varying support needs of our participants.What You’ll NeedA current driver’s license and access to a vehicle with registration and comprehensive insuranceA smartphone with dataFirst Aid/CPR Certificate*Blue Card*Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance*NDIS Worker Orientation Module* (free via https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au)Must be obtained before commencement.What We OfferOngoing training and professional developmentAccess to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Flexibility to support a healthy work-life balanceA variety of work supporting diverse participantsSupport from an experienced and friendly local teamAbout YouWe’re looking for passionate individuals ready to make a positive impact in the lives of our participants.
