We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a team focused on planning and execution of maintenance activities for all plant fleet within budget and to targets of availability and reliability.

About the Role
In this role, you will use your skills to ensure effective resource allocation to meet maintenance work targets and schedules. You will define performance expectations for Maintenance personnel and monitor performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure effective resource allocation (such as people, equipment, and resources) to meet maintenance work targets and schedules.
* Define performance expectations for Maintenance personnel and monitor performance.
* Track maintenance performance and ensure operational issues are managed and communicated in a timely manner.
* Review plant performance and ensure remedial or preventative action is taken as necessary.
* Ensure compliance with the requirements of Project Management Plans.
* Monitor work of subcontractors to ensure that they implement the requirements of the Integrated Management System.
* Prepare and monitor budgets and track expenditure.
* Liaise with the wider leadership team to ensure plant availability needed to optimise production levels.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
* Trade qualification, plus further tertiary study and significant experience in the management of mobile and fixed mining equipment maintenance.
* Demonstrated positive safety leadership skills and safety behaviour.
* Effective people management and development experience and skills.
* Strong organisational, communication and planning skills.
