We respond to change with integrity and innovation to ensure our customers get performance and reliability from our products and services.Additional responsibilities in this role also include:You take ownership of the region’s growth and retention strategy, including volume targets and margin setting, strategic customer planning, and implement and maintain a structured call cycle and sales pipeline.Maintaining a high level of customer-focused activity, be out on the road serving your key customers as much as possible.Customer Management: Deliver market-leading service and support to Elgas’ high value commercial customers in your region.Generating New Business: Take the lead in identifying, developing, and commercializing new customers to Elgas.Skillfully moving customers through the sales process by selling the value of Elgas, utilizing negotiation and objection handling skills to navigate a win/win outcome for Elgas and the customer.Collaborating closely with local branch staff, fellow sales team members across Qld, and industry stakeholders to build a supporting network.Maintaining relevant data in our system and producing coherent reports that demonstrate your knowledge and strategic plan for your region.Skills and experience we are looking for:Demonstrated sales experience from any industry – no LPG experience necessary, we will fully train you.Strong desire to serve customers, motivation to deliver a high level of daily activity, and a passion for sales.Enjoy being out of the office in front of people, take initiative, and are a self-starter with very good time management skills.Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent personal presentation.Able to work independently with minimum supervision with excellent abilities to time manage and prioritize.A clean and valid driver’s license is a must-have.What we offer you!At Linde, the sky is not the limit.
