We offer true work-life balance, working from home arrangements, team events, and much more.Job DescriptionTurner & Townsend's Advisory team makes the difference by transforming client performance through delivering impactful, inclusive, and sustainable solutions in the corporate occupier, commercial developer, education, health, life sciences, technology, and government sectors.Our multi-disciplinary team combines management consulting, project management, data and digital, change management, net zero, project controls, and project and program advisory services to transform how projects, programs, and portfolios are delivered.As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will:Actively participate in project management, process re-engineering, organisational change, stakeholder management implementation, and beyond.Develop and present client-focused solutions for both projects and business development.Support our NSW real estate advisory team, providing technical project delivery knowledge and contribute to our multi-disciplinary team.Produce clear, concise, and persuasive client-facing reports or deliverables in various formats that deliver to client expectations and demonstrate value.Have proven ability to lead complex organisational transformations, leveraging strategic vision, change management, and stakeholder engagements to drive successful outcomes.Be able to develop key client data into insights which can be used to drive enhanced performance and management.Develop project/program/portfolio management approaches which can be used to improve delivery of capital assets and assure our clients' investments are effectively and efficiently controlled.QualificationsA minimum of 4+ years consulting and advisory experience.A university degree in Program Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business or Economics.Experience in delivering capital projects, programs, and/or portfolios.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary consultancy team environment and individually.Experience of working across real estate sectors or infrastructure or natural resources and both private and public sectors.Previous experience working for a consultancy organisation.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
