Business Development Executive (Location : Melbourne) Responsibilities POSITION PURPOSE:
The Sales Representative is responsible for developing new accounts and customers for the business through face to face customer calls, email and phone enquiries. Fostering and maintaining working relationships and partnerships with existing accounts and customers throughout Australia. Reviving sales from dormant accounts by renewing their interests in SunTek product offerings and customer service.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Align sales revenue target with defined corporate objectives. Meeting or exceeding sales revenue and variable margin targets. Creative in prospecting existing or new retail customers for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities. Demonstrate ability to up-sell and cross-sell additional products/services to existing customers. Attending to all customer enquiries via walk-ins, phone, email and Sales Agent referral. Interface with customers on customer satisfaction issues. Assist in developing and implementing incentive program to drive sales to achieve above and beyond their targets. Proactive improvement in sales process functions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent discipline. Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role. Automotive Industry experience advantageous. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
