Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients across all industries. They will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that promote optimal health and wellness.Responsibilities:
Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for patients with a wide range of conditions and injuries
Providing hands-on physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Educating patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and home exercise programs
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care
Supervising and mentoring junior physiotherapists and support staff
Participating in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
Current registration and licensure with the relevant regulatory body
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a physiotherapist, with a focus on musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
