Essential Criteria: Business Modelling (Level 4 SFIA): Conduct advanced modelling activities across multiple business functions, planning and selecting appropriate techniques to meet objectives. Business Process Improvement (Level 5 SFIA): Manage the execution of business process improvements, analysing and designing processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and leverage new technologies. Business Situation Analysis (Level 5 SFIA): Lead investigations into complex business situations, collaborating with stakeholders to reach consensus and provide recommendations. Requirements Definition & Management (Level 5 SFIA): Manage requirements definition for large, complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations while navigating competing priorities. Desirable Criteria: Stakeholder Relationship Management (Level 5 SFIA): Develop and maintain engagement strategies with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and decision-making. User Experience Analysis (Level 4 SFIA): Apply appropriate techniques to gather user requirements and resolve conflicts in complex environments, ensuring systems meet usability and accessibility standards. Technical Skills: Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
