This role will actively contribute to Tonik's brand communication efforts, with a specific focus on social media and building brand community.
THE ROLE: Work with the Founder to implement, adapt and evolve the social media content and strategy.Optimise the E-commerce platforms to improve conversion rates, and ensure the website has seamless functionality, user-friendly navigation, and compelling contentExplore and implement new ways to leverage social media channels to increase brand awareness, sales and drive traffic to our website and stores. Create, schedule, and publish content across all our social channels. Develop and implement strategies to grow engagement and bring to life new ideas to showcase our brands. Work with influencers (and our PR team) to identify influencers. Research, Plan and Produce creative for use on all social media channelsCreate social media advertising campaigns that deliver on specific brand and tactical objectivesCoordinate and implement the content for our social channels TikTok, Instagram and YouTubeProvide weekly and monthly summary reporting and insights on the brand's social media performanceSupport the founder to build her personal brand and link back to the Tonik storyCreate video / reel contentBe able to adapt and have a positive approach to tasksGraphic Design - Mainly Social media Graphics + EDMs ( Canva )Create marketing flows in Klayvio, and maintain lists, segments for B2C and B2B databasesFoster relationships with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers. THE REQUIREMENTS Marketing qualifications and relevant experience.Strong understanding of social media management.Advanced computer skills.Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and/or Photoshop to create visually appealing content.Expertise in video editing software to produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns.Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Comprehensive knowledge of various marketing channels and strategies.Content creation and copywriting skills for different marketing materials.Familiarity with marketing analytics and data-driven decision making.Strong project management skills for planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns.Adaptability to new technologies and trends in the marketing industry.Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Relevant experience in retail marketing, particularly in the beauty or wellness industry, will be highly regarded.
