Responsibilities
:
1. Administer, support, and upgrade infrastructure systems.
2. Manage servers, networks, and storage solutions.
3. Provide top-tier IT support to staff.
4. Proactively manage daily capacity and alarms.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT systems and services.
6. Collaborate with the IT team on key projects.
7. Perform other duties as required.
Knowledge and Experience required:
8. Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016, Linux, Office 365, MS SQL server .
9. Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and general Microsoft technology.
10. Experience with TCP/IP, Cisco, routing, and switching .
11. Knowledge of storage and backup solutions.
12. Familiarity with cloud services as infrastructure.
13. High attention to detail.
14. Polite and professionalmunication skills via email, telephone, and in-person.
15. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
16. Teamwork skills, with the ability to work both individually and collaboratively.
17. A desire to be part of a team striving for market leadership in the legal, conveyancing, or searching industries is an advantage but not essential.
