We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join the expanding team. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage the NSW region, engaging with both existing clients and new prospects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth through a combination of key account management and new business acquisition strategies.
* Identify and maximise on opportunities within new and existing client accounts
* Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts and national clients
* Create and manage territory plans, setting measurable goals and timelines
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems for prospecting, planning, and sales activities
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including the Service
* Provide valuable insights to marketing and sales teams regarding competition and market dynamics
* Participate in local and national trade shows to showcase our products and services
* Previous sales experience in hardware solution selling, with relevant industry knowledge (highly desirable)
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in business-to-business sales environments
* Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales revenue targets,
* Experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in processing or quality
* Proficiency in cross-selling and Value Based Selling techniques
* $100K + Super + Car Allowance + Commissions
